Custom Products / Finishes
Final approval must be acknowledged in written form for custom color and product changes. Custom made products are not subject to return.
Freight Charges
Freight charges are based on actual weight and dimensions of products ordered. Small items are shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Large orders ship using common carrier trucking companies. Warranties
Products warranty is one year from date of shipment under normal use and conditions. Replacements will not be made for products damaged from improper cleaning, accidents, misuse, tampering, abuse or negligence.
CLEANING SHOULD BE DONE WITH A DAMP SOFT CLOTH. MATEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLEANING CHEMICALS.
Return Policy
No merchandise may be returned without prior written approval. Product must be in its original packaging and is subject to a 25% handling/restocking charge. Merchandise will not be accepted for return after 30 days from date of invoice.
Credit Card - If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 10 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, you account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Freight Claims
All claims should be filed with the carrier. Legal title to the merchandise is passed on to the buyer upon acceptance of the products from the carrier. Please remind customers to inspect all boxes upon delivery. Note and document information pertaining to damage or shortages both the carrier's copy and your copy of the freight bill. If visible damage is not apparent, make a note on the delivery receipt stating that there is no visible damage on the package. This will allow recourse for a concealed damage claim.
